The addition of one of these beautiful and deserving rescue boxers to your family is very rewarding but they require work and commitment.

Name - Cindy
Age - 5 or 6 years
Sex - Spayed female
Dogs - Has not lived with another dog in a home, but may do well with a laid back older male
Cats - No
Kids - Older 13 plus
Housebroken - Yes
Crate - A work in progress, but she is presently left in a secure area
Location - Burlington
Fee - $400.00

Cindy is a very smart and curious dog. These traits have been instrumental in her survival. However, she has had very little training exposure so her progress is slow and her adopter will have to be patient and continue to work with her.

Cindy is fearful and easily startled, but has come along way in learning how to live in a home and go for car rides.

Preference would be given to a home with the following:
- Secure fenced in backyard and someone never leaving her unattended for long periods of time
- Mastiff experience
- Definitely will keep her on her harness outside of her fenced in backyard as she is very fearful.
- Experience with fearful dogs such as Puppymill dogs
- Very quiet or rural area with mature people
- Someone that lives close enough to Burlington to visit with Cindy a few times before she goes to your home.

Cindy has met many dogs on her walks which went well, but she has not lived in a home with one so a meet and greet with an older, laid back male may succeed.

If you feel Cindy would fit into your home please apply to adopt
