Stormy, her boxer brother and family have had a really rough month - the kind that makes you hug your own dog and count your blessings through no fault of her family. This girl was loved, but unfortunately due to an oil tank spill the family was removed from their home and unable to take Storm and her boxer brother with them. We received a call from Animal Control weeks ago asking for help with two boxers that had come into their care - Storm was deemed unadoptable because of the growth on her head and they knew they could not get the funds to biopsy the growths to rule out cancer. BRO has some great supporters that helped pay the fee to biopsy Storm's growths which turned out to be Follicular Infundibula Cysts (none cancerous) which doesn't bother her at all. So, with that being said we need someone who can look beyond her growths and give this girl a home - she is a very, very sweet gentle girl. Storm lived with four children and a young male boxer before she had to be moved, but presently kicking up her heels at Camp Cookstown playing with all the dogs and putting on weight. If you would like more information on Storm please send us a private message or if interested in giving her a much deserved forever home please fill out an adoption application.
