Max

Safe Journey my sweet, loving boy.......until we meet again

On Thursday May 4th, 2004 we lost our love and Joy Max to Cancer. Though we only had Max for less then a year, he brought so much love an affection into our lives. He loved to go out for walks, or to just cuddle on the couch beside me and Cheryl. He would alway's be in a playfull and frisky mood, chasing his 2 loving brothers Sam and Sammy (cats) around the house, who are also missing him deeply. He did not suffer,

we made his time with us during the last couple months as the cancer progressed a comfortable one.

I believe Max and us were brought together so that he could move on from here. He went with his heart so full of love and his mind was at peace. Max and our time together was a very short one, but he genuinely enriched our lives. He showed so much strength, and the purest of hearts, with enough to give me and Cheryl all his love and trust. He was our friend, our family, but above all a true champion. Max, Cheryl and Scott send All of you our love and thanks to you's for bringing us altogether as a family. He did not suffer thru his time with cancer and he was not alone. On Thursday May 4th, 2004 I held him in my arms, close to my heart as he passed over. He showed me this day that he could fight the good fight no more and that he wished to move on from this world. We so very much miss him with all our heart, he made our house a home, and now it is really empty without him. We have no regrets. We did everything possible to try and save our boy, but his illness kept advancing. He went with the dignity he so richly deserved.” God love you Max, and until that day when we can all meet together and play again like we did so many times before, take care and now that we will alway's be thinking of you up there running around and playing with all of the other animals in heaven.
