Mugsy passed over the Rainbow Bridge tonight at 6pm, very peacefully. We held him in ours arms, gave him lots of kisses and encouragement. Told now he’s free of all his fears, the greatest one Man, and no one can ever hurt him again. The time with him was short but he brought us great joy for those few weeks. As hard as this was, we knew it was best for him because of his |
| deep-rooted fears. They would only have gotten worse, from what we learned about fear aggression over the last weeks. Today, he had his first experience of snow with us - what a goof! He also ran free for awhile in the yard. We also let him do all the doggie stuff like, sit on the furniture and beds to spoil him one more time. I truly feel is that pets and children are a gift from God and they become what we make them. We are to spoil, love, discipline and mould them with a firm but LOVING hand, never abusive. To everyone at Boxer Rescue, many thanks for all your help and support these last few days.
