Blade's new family writes:

Blade has been such a wonderful addition to our family. The entire family has fallen in love with him. He loves his food, loves telling us about 5:30 a.m. that he has to go out by "snorting." Blade sleeps in our bedroom on a big dog pillow with sheep's wool on it. He loves his walks and he loves the car. We have learned not to use or even say the word car or ride. He goes absolutely nuts! One day I would like to measure how high he jumps! He has some really crazy antics. Blade is the answer to our prayers. He is so loving, he is obedient, he is gentle, he is handsome, he is everything we would have wanted. We are so very, very happy with him. You can rest assured that we will care for him, and do love him so much. You have made us very happy."

Dazey's new dad writes:

A very special thank you to Boxer Rescue Ontario, especially to Linda, for all her patience and hard work. After almost 4 months Dazey came into our lives and she was more than worth the wait, definitely the perfect match for our family. Dazey is enjoying her new home with her forever family. She now has two furry feline friends that she enjoys spending time with. Dazey's human sister thinks the world of her new "Wiggle Bum Boxer". The two of them enjoy playing in the snow, and playing catch. Nothing warms our hearts more than coming home to boxer wiggles and the never ending wet boxer kisses. We couldn't have asked for a better canine companion.

Dazey moved into our home and hearts the day after Valentine's day, and became a member of our family.

Happy Valentine's Day Dazey! XOXO

Do you believe in love at first sight? Little Zoe's new Dad does! This young girl has led quite an unsettled life up until now. Zoe's Dad has assured her that she won't have to worry about being homeless ever again and Zoe couldn't be happier! She's having such fun with her new doggie friends and snuggling up close and cozy with her Dad.

Chance is a sweet 9 year old female. Her owners had to surrender her when they discovered that their newborn baby was allergic to her. Chance had been adopted by them from the Humane Society and lived with her family for 6 years and was loved very much.

It didn't take us long to find the perfect home for her because even though Chance is 9 years old, she had so much love to give. She is now living with her new forever mommy in a beautiful house by the lake. Chance got a 3rd chance on life...and is enjoying it completely.

We meet a lot of special people doing the work we do, but none are as special to us as those that adopt our senior dogs. A special thank you to Joan for giving Chance the best gift a rescue dog can get...a new family.
