Zippy will be arriving soon after he and the other resident dog decided they were not meant to live with one another. Ziggy has now been vetted which includes vaccinations, microchipped, neutered, flea/tick testing, flea/tick medication applied, and fecal so he is now looking for his forever family.
A perfect home would be someone that structures him upon arrival that realizes all dogs need consistency when first going into a new home. A big back yard to run off all that young boxer energy would be best suited so he can get the zoomies off his plate before training sessions.
Ziggy walks well with a halti for us as he pulls with harnesses and flat collars and he does get excited when he sees squirrels, cats, etc.
Please also note that when you take in a young dog introducing him to many things in the first week before he even knows you is unfair so please give him time to get to know his family before pushing him too fast.
